Welcome to Financial Fitness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website, on-demand membership, 1:1 coaching, and packages designed for teens and families. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

  • "Services": Refers to all products, services, and content provided by Financial Fitness, including but not limited to on-demand membership, 1:1 coaching, and specialized packages.

  • "User": Refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Services.

ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. For those under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • On-Demand Membership: Access to exclusive content, resources, and tools. Membership fees are billed monthly or annually.

  • 1:1 Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions available through scheduled appointments. Fees are based on session packages.

  • Teen and Family Packages: Specialized services for teens and families, including FAFSA assistance and financial aid guidance. Package fees vary based on the services included.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments for Services must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

  • Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • On-Demand Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months. 20-minute monthly appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the appointment, and a fee of $20, which will be automatically charged.

USE OF SERVICES

  • Users agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our Services by any third party.

  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit permission from Financial Fitness.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided by Financial Fitness, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Financial Fitness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
